Joel, it's been quoted by the company several times, most recently on the tour of the Mozambique area and the trade show in South Africa over the last three weeks. The main reason for the difference in costs between the ZAC mine and Moz. is that the ZAC mine is up to 800 metres deep whereas a lot of the Moz coal starts at 15 metres below surface, giving the potential mines a very low strip ratio. If you don't have to discard a lot of dirt to extract the coal, the costs are obviously going to be lower. CVRD are using similar cost estimates. By comparison, of the other two large coal deposits in the world, the Bowen Basin costs are about $65 and the main Canadian area is $90/tonne, being about 2000km from the coast.
