Bill the facts cleary speak for themselves, RIV is still a work in progress and anyone who is selling on the profit results obviously hasn't taken into account the future potential of this company. It' s a project pure and simple and considering the potential resource they have, you can be sure that the majors would be keeping an eye on them at these prices thats for sure.
