Did they get Founders shares - YES!!!!

Did they participate in SEED - YES!!!!!

When does the seed come out of ESCROW - JULY 2008.

Allot of shares got purchase above 40c, there is exceptions potential and value in the ground for BMM. For the shareholders that have shown support, what a slap in the face, and yes, it is much like the IBR-Tamaya merger.

The only people that are being cashed up here are the Founders and Directors.

The NGF side - I do not know the Norton story but, the fundamentals state that the SP will drift sharply once the convertible notes change into shares, this is not priced in but, will be as soon as the date is effective.

Good luck to NGF shareholders, I hope it works out for you but, I will not be voting as a BMM shareholers for this to go through.
