You actually could have bought more shares for less than 1.2cents in November because FDL as it was then known went into trading halt on 21st of November 2007. Up until that time it traded on below, highs lows in November. However it did not reach a high of 1.2 cents in November 2007 but maintained a 1 to 1.1 cent trade price. On the 22nd of November announcement came out re IO target and share price rose sharply. The last date it reached a high of 1.2 cents was on 30 October 2007.
