To all the down rampers out there who might be trying to drive the price down, the facts are that SXG could simply undertake a private placement to issue 12 million new shares are the current prive of $1.84 per share to raise $22 million.
The issue of the new 12 million new shares represents 0.065 of one percent of the shares currently on issue, that being 184 million.
