If you had any idea how corporate takeovers operated you would know that "debt" in itself is zero reason not to proceed to financial close. I'm not saying BBI will be taken private but I would not rule it out and I certainly would not rule it out for debt reasons, SPARCS, BEPPA and NZ bonds included. It took a few men to create BBI, it would take just a few men to dismantle it.
