It's good to see the Puntland Govt come out in support of Range, PL and the shareholders. The petroleum minister seems to be switched on. This story is looking better all the time. There is growing support for the oil deal and using the money to improve the situation in Puntland. And Farole has shown that he is the the person to put the money in the right place.
