@turvilleHave you spoken to Carl, or thought about submitting the 249d? Whilst I agree with a lot of what you have said, personally I'm wary about saying such things on a public forum, despite how true they seem on the surface.
Whilst Carl would seem to be the better choice, I am keen to hear from him about a course of action instead of some sort of thumb wrestling competition with Vaz.
Is very frustrating to watch nothing happen when we clearly have a sought after resource and lots of it - and a very low bank balance.
I really can't imagine ASIC/ASX would give a single fig about what is going on here, and like I said, involving them isn't worth the risk of a suspension.
