    Does not matter which way Qaddafi being. LNC has good fule souce to supply CARs, Jets and if Coal assests sold the LNC has oil assests to play with.

    After 50 years, no many oil underground , but coal can not be runout but it can be coverted into fule.

    So, definetly LNC tachnology is only way I reckon.
