Either ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is happening at the rig apart from the odd tumble weed drifting across the site, which is why they have nothing to say, or;
There IS ACTUALLY SOMETHING going on and they can't be bothered, or don't feel compelled, to inform the market?
It is starting to look like RRS will get their money in well before we ever find out what CTR have in Guatemala?
