have had similar experiences with phone messages and email.
It isn't I don't have faith in the company but when my money is parked in an asset for several years i expect a request for information to be followed up.
Especially when the sector is going bananas and with an appropriate timeline i could make decisions on maintaining a holding if we could get the info.
