I think that many of you should take more notice of the Course of Sales over a "LONG" period of time.
In the past there HAS been a "Broker" who has been accumulating/trading both PRU and PRUO shares. If This "Broker" was the one who approached PERSEUS, then it may have been a DEMAND, rather than a legitimate approach.
In any case it appears as though there is an orchestrated DUMP occurring atm. MY shares are firmly in my grasp and are NOT for Sale!
