    Why is WAM being bought at $2.47 atm?

    Wouldn't it make more sense to buy WDE @ 0.935 and then acept the takeover offer?

    i.e
    Buy 10,000 WDE @ 0.935 = $9,350
    Takeover is 2.5 WDE shares for 1 WAM share = 4000 WAM shares

    4000 WAM shares = $9,880
    Profit $530

    Am I missing something?
