    Reading that explains my feelings of ground hog day when it comes to MGO announcements.
    I have been in since Q3 2009
    The Schedule shows by now we would have been 90% constructed and commissioning 3 months from now.
    I am concerned there is a company culture that accepts the passing of deadlines without explanation.

    Thanks for digging that out of the archives.
