What I mean is that you are trying to negate what is a highly valid observation by many of us , any reasonable person can see that, every time we are let down an increasing number are peed off. Maybe just absorb it, let the feedback get through and maybe just maybe the message will get through that they need to deliver better and more rigid standards of communication.

Getting the comments that we can top up and improve our holding is just absolute and utter nonsense. I followed that advice from 40c down and repeated failure to deliver the DFS should be explained.
