I think the London visit is to take in a meeting with RAB Solutions. They (after all) own 9.5% of the company. Their input is most likely to ensure liquidity and other listing conditions by the TSX are or can be met. With Joe and RAB having effective and total control of the company, I'm sure the TSX will need to tie them into a few conditions.
Your other point is valid. The thing to ask yourself is: "what usually follows successful exploration?"
A: extraction......... capital will be required if the company is to become a mining entity.
One last question: Why did the company recently change from Gutnick RESOURCES N.L. to Great Gold MINES N.L.?
A: it is not only because they wanted Joe's name out of site...
