    I am a "NOT HAPPY JAN" who owns some tree plots that are almost fully grown.
    Under the Mattress looks good in the future, sure, it gets no growth.
    Sounds exactly what i'll be getting for putting my money into this lot after 10 years,re the offer less than original investment. "you have to be kidding"
    I know my trees are looking good, don't the Chinese want them for wood chip now?
