I’m no expert on American politics, however I do listen to quite a few commentators for various other reasons.
The general long term consensus has been that self preservation will win in the end and that quite a few Democrats will not piss their constituency off by voting to impeach.
When push comes to shove ........ it will be nothing to see here, let’s move along in the seats that are only marginally held by Democrats.
The Brexit/British General Election result is a wake up call for those politicians in the USA that value their own hide much more than their Party’s.
If there isn’t a ground swell desire to impeach Trump in an Electorate, then it won’t be happening, that’s of course if the Politician in question doesn’t have a brain like Shorten’s and Bowen’s.......... otherwise it could be different.
