Now from this we see pengana holdings pty ltd. wholly owned subsidary of PHPL ( congent nominiees as well) has 7.75% holding in TOX. I think u might be right street talk either through an opes style event or NAB brought out the investment firm ie pengana holdings. Ie a takeover im sure someone has a better idea of what went on surfice to say are NAB looking to offload ( mind u the purchase was at $2.41) so they are under water or are they a holder
