failing to promote itself

From the quarterly report:
"The Company was granted development approval for its proposed 60 mega watt (MW) power station near Moura in Queensland on 18 November 2010."

Surely that was worthy enough of a separate announcement at the time, or is this just another example of the company failing to promote itself properly?

Let's rectify the position by voting in FAVOUR of all resolutions at the forthcoming EGM.
