I don't know about it going back to $3. It closed below significant support which has been at $2.99 for a long while. It could drop or use $2.99 as a resistance line.
Definitely buy the rumour sell the fact. Also it seems there may be some costs involved in the handover of the points and ducts and the tricle of money over 20 years is a concern.
