After reading the document I think the markets reaction is to the small compensation TLS will get if the NBN fails to roll out. Seems to me the Libs won't have to pay much to stop the NBN and I don't think many people expect Labour to win the next election.
So, with the laws passed to functionally split TLS in two and a liberal government in place what sort of deal will they do with the libs?
