Yellow: The BOD establish a causal link between actions of former debt holders and a loss of our key lithium asset -
My take: Sort of sounds like they believe they were wronged, similar to when someone thinks about taking legal action.

Green: Look forward and focus on recovering value for shareholders
my take: There are lots of ways to gain value, but only one way to recover "lost" value - legal challenge.

Definitely not the 'lets forgive and forget' the down-ramping group would have you believe

I have already had multiple replies from ASIC, some of which indicate activity has and continues to be taken. Some responses indicate the use of increasing formality and structure to the activities now being undertaken by the ASIC team.
