I presume they are referring to the current Market Capitalisation. The coal resources appear to be of little to no value at this time. The joint ventures are also of unknown and only 'potential future' value at this time.
I suspect the MC will plummet upon re-quotation (1c per share or less?) so the "Significant Asset value" will be not so significant.
