The current sad state of the TAP share price and its steady decline for years has nothing to do with the quality of oil fields. It has nothing to do with drilling. It has nothing to do with production.
Talking about geology, engineering or oil price is a waste of time for TAP.
Investors have lost faith because of its corporate strategy of spending all its cashflow on itself and wildcatting with no return to shareholders.
This company needs a change of strategy and that may require a change of personnel.
If it carries on doing the same thing it will get the same disappointing result.
