have a strong opinion on this but your aren’t making it clear. Are
you saying LTR should be obliged to make public opportunistic low ball offers which potentially undermine the company? if you don’t belive that’s the case then at what point can TG then continue to add to his holdings in your opinion? . Its
nit black or white, but look at the big picture. TG acting etjicsly
and in the best
interests of shareholders as usual . Sometimes timing is conincidental but someone doesn’t always have to be guilty
