If they had submitted the Court Ordered submission to the minister of the environment requesting she do a strategic environmental assessment SEA, then no doubt they would have either announced this, or had it noted in the half yearly.

Given that it was one of the preconditions for section 93's being lifted, new mining licenses being issued, and 2 x appeals against those license being issued by CER, then one would assume that the matter is of material value to the company operations. As such surely it would be announced if it was submitted on time, and conversely if they failed to submit by the Court Ordered deadline then that seems also worthy of being announced so as to keep shareholders informed.

Instead, there is no mention of it anywhere.
Surely our illustrious in house legal counsel didn't t let such an important matter slip through the fishing net?

Instead of buying sharks heads for safety officers, perhaps they could allocate a budget for enough safety helmets (almost no one had one on in the safety photo) and a proper media and P/R agent.
