Well folks, the ELK record is intact - they haven't ever met a deadline or milestone they have announced in the past five years:

"Concurrent with these positive developments for the Grieve EOR project, the sourcing of debt-equity funds or a joint venture for the project is progressing"

Still no funding or JV even though they have the CO2.

Maybe we should start another contest and try to guess how many more months or years it will take to get the funding.
