I'm a long termer also on this one also. Am waiting for at least $3.50. NTA and PE will all change with property reflation process so those ratios are useless at this time. Looking at the past 100 years of recessions this is just another one and we will be back to normal in no time. China deals will start flowing through the system, GMG will complete projects and improve revenue and capital gains. GMG won't go backwards.
I'm also a little worries about the big 9% spikes. Would prefer to see this churn higher on a couple of % a day. But I don't think it will dump, I am also happy to take 9% in a day. GMG has had selling pressure recently and hasn't really moved. I'll be happy if we get sideways for a few months. This market won't go down for months so med - long term we are on a freight train. up up and away. IMO
