I could not disagree more. You cant say that NTA and P/E are useless, and if they are going to change, this is applicable to all other REITs. We should admit that GMG is currently overvalued if we compare it with other REITs, as far as i know GMG and CNP are the only REITs that are trading well above their NTA these days.
