If looking other factors such as earning abilities and stabilizability , the percentage of real property assets among their total assets, some reit companies may be better than GMG, such as DXS and GPT. I think these factors are also reflected in their ratings, such as DXS with the highest rating of BAA, BBa(?) for GPT, and BBB for GMG.
