This thread is discussing whether its a fair call to say that GMG is one of most undervalued in the market. I argued that its not and i supported my point of view with evidence and comparisons with other REITs in the market. I believe that GMG is OVERVALUED atm.
The only difference is that you are a holder of GMG and you have an emotional bias towards it. I am a holder of GMG but i try my best to be neutral.
