    I have heard of bizarre behaviour before but why would someone that holds heaps of stock ...down ramps before he sells.......mmmmmm..very strange.

    I wont go into the reasons why but in my opinion the timing is to be buying not selling.
    The drilling rigs are not in Puntland yet?????
    But when, you might want to ask???
