    Firstly i wouldn't take the tribunal too seriously, it is far from what Id call a "court" and the member hearing the case will be leaning towards you as you are the "poor" tenant and agent is the expert and as such is expected to have their paper work 100% correct and complete.
    The application from the agent will specify what monies they are claiming and why. You should receive a copy when the tribunal notifies you of the time and day to be in attendance.
    All you need to do is outline why the agents claim/s are incorrect and provide evidence. 
    Sounds like the agent thinks this case has legs but that doesn't mean you can negotiate a better outcome and a tenant advocate will be lurking around when you go in conciliation who will be there to assist you.
