Yes and more than a few posters have argued this point, regarding Africa Oils share, and split of their initial $50 million spend, and looks like their argument was well justified.
Smart after Africa Oil have been arguing this point for approx the last 2 years, what makes you think they have suddenly had a change of heart, you think its becuase their now top blokes, and felt for Range Shareholders, or maybe because the blowtorch has been applied and Africa Oil are about to drill after years of stuffing both Puntland, RRS around to no end. Africa Oil have already announced that they are in ADVANCED NEGOTIATIONS with a drilling partner.
You are about to made to look very stupid on your arguments here smart, and im sure Pete dose not lie awake at night wondering how to convince smarttrader.
