Consolidation SCREWED US that and losing our profitable established MANUFACTURING COMPLEX and BUSINESS MCS in the States . Now trying re - establish ourselves with rights to market and sell mostly other companies products . Not suggesting we had much option but sell Syndicated Lenders probably pulled the plug on us and virtually no real assets io speak of used as security repay loan we were out on a limb insofar borrowing , still are if our mostly leased major products don't perform as there going to have to.
