Might be worth people reading up on the various reporting classifications (in this case JORC) prior to spit-balling numbers about project value etc. As it stands CHN do not have a resource, they have drill results - an important distinction to make when relating to SP. With that said they are looking to declare a maiden Mineral Resource mid-year however until such time any speculation about market cap as it relates to a resource is not only incorrect, it is also going to be wildly inaccurate. Many a project has announced positive drill results only to be mothballed upon the results of infill drilling/application of modifying factors etc.

Disclaimer: I am optimistic that the resource estimate will be positive, however much of the frustrations exhibited by speculative investors stems from the misunderstanding of value as a result of conversations like this. As mentioned above there are a lot of modifying factors (technical, economic, statutory etc.) that need to be applied for drill intercepts to be interpreted as a Mineral Resource with reasonable prospects for economic extraction. Often the parameters that go into these calculations at this point in a project are extremely loose and forecast extremely optimistic recoveries/commodity prices/FOREX etc. and often stem from a lack of detailed geotechnical understanding around the competency of the host rock (read: an important factor in determining economic viability of a project).

TL;DR - don't get caught up in the HC echo chamber and always DYOR
