The premium may also be due to the low number of stock (heads) available and thus options on offer. From the last Annual report I think there were only 58 or so people holding >100,000 options so very tight.
Makes it hard to sell if you really need the cash. All depends on your investment style. If you are LT and believe the story you can make a killing!! But if you are ST or a trader then forget about it.
As we all can figure out if you put $10K in heads you get 60600 shares. $10K in options gives you 178570 shares. We have a 20 cent strike rate.
IF the shares hit $1.00, Then the heads would give you $60K return, 600% and then options at $0.80 will give you $143K or 1400%. One can sell some options and then buy heads or pay the strike rate to convert.
Again all depends how much you believe the story…..
