SRB, it isn't the SP you should be looking at, but rather the market capital. I am sure SOGTL will have a much smaller MC than SWE even though the SP will be the same, so this is where the offset is. I can buy BHP shares for 30 or so dollars, but does this make them expensive compared to SWE? Not really.. Their MC is a lot higher. If the company raise $2m by selling 40% of SOGTL, that would suggest the MC is just $5m.
