dsh have to stock over 400 shop every year have 10%-20% stock become impairment inventory. that why wow was closing down dsh shop to reduce impairment inventory level before sale it to PE. The PE apply strategy fire sale those impairment inventory and wipe it off from bs.
dsh is doing same strategy now.
