3:53pm: Is Dick Smith now worth a punt? Forager Funds chief investment officer Steve Johnson asks.
First a reminder: a few weeks ago Forager ran an excellent piece saying Dick Smith was the greatest private equity heist of all time, basically recommending to stay away. But after shares have fallen 80 per cent, Johnson says it may be worth changing tack.
"Any stock that falls that far is worth a look, especially one that doesn't have much debt," he writes in a blog post.
