All sounds lovely in theory, but the SP has the final say, and it is not saying much at the moment. I think there will be limited upside until after the wet season.
Casino had over 70mm between Friday and Saturday. The ground has been very dry so it will soak up quickly. However Mid November (Starting this weekend) looks like the rain will start coming heavier and with more frequency.

This fellow has been predicting weather for some time, and although not a professional, gets it right about 80% of the time.
I think waiting until next year is the go before getting too excited.
