I don't think litigation should come into any question in relation to weather forecasts. At best they are guesses backed with some data.
RE MEL, in the new year when all this world trouble comes to the forefront and perhaps the US do as they normally do and throw heaps of money at it (bad idea but works), then we may see some upside.
In consolation to you, I think this is not just a MEL issue, I think the entire global market is going nowehere for the next 3-4 months.
I do wish MEL would move upwards, however I have had too many disappointments in the past based on hope and ramps, I am now a cynic of any ceo, director etc of public companies and only believe, rather than what they tell us.
Every dog has its day though and hopefully MEL will see theirs in the new year sometime.
