MLA has an expiry date of 21 years.. HIO has first filed for MLA in 2012 pending completion of EIS which require processing plant and associated infrastructure engineering studies.. usually it is completed once BFS is completed.. MGT is even yet to start the process .. but good they are catching up their big brother..!
