    It's better if it comes for retail, because underwriters often demand a hefty percentage.

    Having a quick look, we have to pay 3.5% regardless, but then another 3.5% of any amount the underwriter gives us.

    So 3.5% of $4m could save us $140k.

    I could be wrong though.
