1. ALH is owned by Endeavour Group and there is no recourse to Woolworths.
2. Endeavour Group is largely owned by Woolworths but has third party investors.
3. Those third party investors get no benefit from Woolworths doing well and will want to ensure their investment in Endeavour Group is performing.
4. ALH & ALE fall outside any government framework for rental relief and need to negotiatie between themselves.
5. ALH is getting zero revenue from all its pubs and likely has significant overheads.
6. It is naive to think there is a zero chance that ALH will continue to pay 100% of their rent whilst they are under an imposed lockdown.
