LEP will almost certainly not need to raise capital.
I still have a very small 50bps position but will sell down shortly. There's much better opportunities in the market and I never could figure out whether fair value for LEP was NTA or a 50% premium to NTA like it traded at.....shareholders will find out in 2028. Regardless you should do OK holding LEP at today's levels.
