    Furthermore just from today's AFR. Endeavour spin off will be delayed, which is good news because ALH Group stays under the Woolworths banner.

    However, apparently private equity firms are working on an offer for Endeavour which would be less good. They'll likely leverage up the vehicle making your tenant covenant of a lesser quality.
