A hell of a lot of money is still OUT of the markets. IMO That will probably not change anytime soon. Certainly not until the Euro settle down and reach some sort of stability. How long THAT will take its anyone's guess.
Hopefully WPL will pay more attention to their books with the increased production from Pluto etc.
Debt pay down and cash in bank seems to be the order of the day. A healthy DIV certainly wouldn't hurt either. Those in the market are looking for better yields, especially with predicted further base rate cuts this year.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to matter how healthy a company is today, SP shorting seems to be prolific, or that may just be my impression.
Fair Value of $65 WPL may be, a bargain price at the moment it may be as well, but until sentiment changes globally in market investment, IMO we may not see fair value until then.
