Back from my break. How about the theory I posed a little while back. With the free trade aggreement, would it apply to R&D and trials? I mean, would the implants conducted by and Australian company ouside America contribute to that companys' trials in the US? I mean the yanks could save a $ hit load on reimbursements and we would have 57 implant ppt years to contribute to the BTT and DT trials. Is IP trade included? (Maybe pigs can fly after all!)
